glFusion v1.1.1 Upgrade Issue

glFusion v1.1.1 contains a set of fixes for the Static Page plugin which may cause some of your existing static pages to not display properly after the upgrade. The fix in v1.1.1 removed several unnecessary stripslashes() calls in the code. Under some circumstances, this can cause extra backslashes () to appear after upgrading.

To resolve the issue, we are releasing a small utility that will automatically remove all the extra backslashes in your static pages. Simple download the utility, Fix Static Pages - For glFusion 1.1.1 (Upgrades only), place it in your admin/ directory and run it (http://www.yoursitehere.com/admin/fixstaticpage.php). It will take just a few seconds to run and then everything will be back to normal.

glFusion v1.1.1 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of glFusion v1.1.1. glFusion v1.1.1 contains several fixes that were identified after the v1.1.0 release. If you are upgrading from v1.1.0, all that is necessary is to upload the new files, there are no database changes.

As usual, we are supplying both the full release and an incremental release for those upgrading from the previous version. All downloads can be found in the glFusion Download Area.

We are also releasing a few plugin updates and some new releases.

evList v1.2.0 has been updated with a few minor enhancements and bug fixes.

DokuWiki v1.6.1for glFusion v1.1.1or newer has a required change to support the search enhancements in glFusion v1.1.1.

Tag v0.4.1 is a Tag Cloud plugin that allows you to specify tags for articles in glFusion.

SiteMap v1.1.2 is a sitemap generator for Google. This plugin also requires the DataProxy v1.1.3 plugin.

evList v1.1.4 and GUS v2.0.0 Released

We are pleased to announce the initial release of evList v1.2.0 for glFusion. evList is a lightweight event manager for glFusion that supports recurring events, event reminders, split events, and many other features. evList was originally developed for Geeklog and has now been ported to glFusion. Several improvements were implemented during the port to glFusion including, improved performance, integration with the glFusion on-line configuration system and several bug fixes.

We have also released an updated version of GUS (glFusion Usage Stats) v2.0.0. GUS is the glFusion Usage Statistics plugin that collects stats on your site's usage, page views, etc. The latest version of GUS brings a few bug fixes and improvements to the caching system to improve reporting performance.

glFusion v1.1.0 Released

The glFusion Community is pleased to announce that glFusion v1.1.0 is now available for download. glFusion v1.1.0 represents another major milestone in glFusion's development. This release brings enhanced security, improved WSYIWYG editor integration, increased performance and scalability, and enhanced integration of key plugins.

Language Packs

The glFusion v1.1.0 archives only contain the English language files. The full language pack, which includes all language files, is available for download here.

Required Plugin Upgrades

IMPORTANT NOTE: glFusion v1.1.0 makes some significant changes to the search API and the theme API. If you run the DokuWiki Integration plugins or Chameleon, you will need to upgrade those as well. We are releasing updates to both of these plugins now. DokuWiki v1.6.1for glFusion v1.1.1or newer and Chameleon v2.1.0 for glFusion v1.1.0 will only work with glFusion v1.1.0 or newer. Please do not update these plugins if you are still running glFusion v1.0.2.
